Reduce Back Pain with New Action Program
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you probably have experienced or may still experience back pain as a result.
Back pain is an avoidable health issue that most of us deal with all too often. We are sometimes unaware of our bad habits that cause us to have back pain in the first place.
For instance, right now, is your computer screen directly in front of you or is it positioned at an angle towards you?
If you answered at an angle, you are more likely to have back pain and discomfort. When you sit at an angle, you are twisting your body to view your computer screen, which puts strain on your mid and lower back. By simply repositioning your computer screen directly in front of you, you can alleviate much of that unwanted strain.
You can learn more simple ideas and tips to help prevent and alleviate back pain in the new Back Pain Action Program. Go to My Activities in your Prevention Plan, click on Start New Action Program, and select the Back Pain Action Program to get started.
Tell Us What You Think. If you’ve completed an action program or are currently participating in an action program, The Prevention Plan would like to know what you think.
