February 1st: Get Fit And Win a Wii and a Wii Fit!

Beginning February 1, if you make time for your health, The Prevention Plan will make your time count.

The Prevention Plan is challenging you to improve your health by participating in an eight-week challenge. Members who participate will increase their Prevention Score AND have a chance to win a fun reward.  

By participating in Nurse Teri’s Challenge from February 1 to March 30, 2009, you could be the lucky winner of one of three Nintendo Wii and Wii Fits being given away by The Prevention Plan.  

Here’s all you have to do:

Get moving. Walk, run, swim, dance, bike, or participate in any exercise that gets your heart rate going. Use the Interval Training Routine to help you maximize your effectiveness.

Record and report. Keep track of the number of minutes you exercise each day and report your weekly total minutes in your Prevention Plan. Click on My Activities, then Challenges to enter your total. Any minutes recorded by 5 pm EST on March 30th, will be entered in the drawing. Record your minutes easily on the Tracker in your Prevention Plan. Click on My Activities, then Challenges to enter your total.

Watch. We will report the top members who are leading the pack with the most recorded exercise time each week. You can also keep up with Nurse Teri’s efforts, who will be reporting her own progress, trials and tribulations.  Make sure to check out What’s New in your Prevention Plan.  

Win. The more you participate in this challenge, the more chances you have to win a prize in the drawing. Each minute of exercise you report during Nurse Teri’s Challenge, will earn you entry in the April 6th drawing for a chance to win one of the three Nintendo Wii and Wii Fits.   

Increase your score.
Receive points in your Prevention Score if you report your exercise minutes each of the eight weeks during the challenge.
