Aon Corporation, the leading global provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human capital and management consulting (NYSE: AOC), is offering The Prevention Plan™ to eligible U.S. based employees who participate in the firm’s Preferred Provider Organization and high-deductible health plans.
The Prevention Plan™, with its personalized online wellness program supported by registered nurse coaching and advocacy services, will enable participating Aon employees to receive a total assessment of their health status and top health risks, along with a customized plan to lower those risks and become healthier.
Aon employees will have their health status assessed through comprehensive blood work, biometrics and a thorough health history. Goals are established for employees who are then provided with tools and assistance from registered nurses to take a step-by-step approach toward improved health. Test results are uploaded and stored securely in one place online and employees can access them anytime.
