Freeman Health System to Offer The Prevention Plan to Employers and Own Employees
U.S. Preventive Medicine has formed a comprehensive partnership with Freeman Health System, a non-profit, community-owned hospital system in Joplin, Missouri.
The wide-reaching partnership will allow Freeman Health System to offer employers The Prevention Plan™ as a prevention and health management product through Freeman Preventive Services. Freeman Health System will be the local provider of these wellness and prevention services, which include physician review, on-site administration, and lab services. The partnership also calls for Freeman Health System to offer The Prevention Plan™ to its own employees starting this fall.
